Admission Conditions  


Article 1 :  INTERMED is the International Fair of Interior Arrangement, Decoration, Gardens and Swimming pool Equipments’  

Article 2 :  The exhibition Organization modalities such as the opening date, the duration, the opening and closing hours are determined by the organizer.  Whenever, for some major forces or unexpected circumstances, economic or whatsoever, the show cannot take place the admission requests will be cancelled. After the subtraction of sums spent by the CCIS, the beforehand paid amounts of money will be distributed among exhibitors in proportion to the spent money.  

Article 3 : Every potential exhibitor should submit an application form to the organizer. If accepted, the application form will be considered as a firm and irrevocable engagement to pay the total amount of stand reservation.  

Article 4 : The application forms must be submitted to the CCIS before April 25th 2010, with an advance of 50 % of the total exhibition fees. The advance will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted. However, the remaining 50 % must be paid to the CCIS before the opening date of the fair.  

Article 5 : Exhibitors may pay their participation fees either by check to the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by a bank transfer to the order of the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry, account number: BIAT Sfax Chaker (Tunisia) : 08 801 000 312 00 5330 121  

 Article 6 : The exhibition plan and location of the stands will be provided by the organizer taking into account, as much as possible, the exhibitors’ wishes, the nature of displayed products, the lay out of the stand, the date of the registration  form and the services length of each exhibitor.  

Article 7 : Stands will be available three days before the official inauguration. The stand decoration should be done at least 12 hours before the opening.  

 Article 8 : In addition to the insurance covering displayed goods, the exhibitor is asked to take up at his own expenses an insurance policy covering the risks he himself or his staff run or others may run. The guarding of the stands and that of their contents is secured during the fair closing hours.  During the opening time, the goods and the equipments are under the exhibitor’s responsibility.  

 Article 9 :  All stands must be evacuated: goods and decoration should be removed within two days after the closure of the fair.  

Article 10 : Before May 3rd 2010, each exhibitor will receive a plan of his/her stand according to the general plan and to the sectors’ spaces.

  Article 11 : It is strictly forbidden to: use loudspeakers, spot lights, distribute documents of any kind in the corridor or in the entrance hall, sell or sublet the stands and circulate with a means of transport inside the exhibition hall from 9.30a.m to 8.00p.m.  

Article 12 : All damages caused to the stand must be repaired according to the quality standards by the exhibitor who will pay the expenses.
